Diet
Omnivorous and completely unfussy. They readily accept quality flakes, micro pellets, and frozen or live foods such as bloodworms and brine shrimp. Feed small amounts 2–3 times daily rather than one large feeding.

Ideal Tankmates
Excellent with other tetras, rasboras, guppies, mollies, platies, corydoras, kuhli loaches and peaceful gouramis. Avoid large cichlids or any aggressive fish big enough to eat them.
